Head Chef - Indian / Continental

As the Head Chef at Fashion TV Cafs, your role is to lead kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality Indian and Continental cuisine with stylish presentation that reflects our premium brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute a diverse menu featuring Indian dishes such as tandoor, curries, and appetizers, as well as Continental dishes like pastas, grills, salads, and sandwiches. - Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes. - Train and supervise kitchen staff working in both Indian and Continental sections. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI regulations at all times. - Manage inventory, stock control, and coordinate with vendors. - Control food costs, minimize waste, and uphold recipe standards. - Collaborate with management on menu updates, promotions, and events. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchens, with a strong expertise in Indian and Continental cuisines. - Culinary degree or diploma is preferred. - Demonstrated leadership skills, creativity, and ability to perform well under pressure. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
