Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran is inviting applications for the position of Head Chef- Indian/Chinese & Continental . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced culinary professional to join our hospitality operations and bring excellence to our premium kitchen services.

Location: CGC Landran Campus, Mohali
Position: Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the VIP kitchen, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus tailored to VIP guests.
• Manage kitchen staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and maintain stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the hospitality management team for events and special functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a reputed kitchen, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine; fusion and modern presentations are a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
