As a Cook at Miracle Software Canteen located in Pedda Rushikonda Hill No:01, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for dish preparation, cooking a variety of Chinese and Indian dishes, maintaining quality control, managing the kitchen, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare ingredients by weighing, measuring, and chopping vegetables, as well as cutting and marinating meats. - Cook a wide range of dishes using different cooking methods such as frying, grilling, and steaming. - Ensure all food items are fresh, meet quality and presentation standards, and follow established recipes consistently. - Set up workstations, monitor stock levels, place orders for shortages, and store ingredients properly. - Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen. - Knowledge of Chinese and Indian cuisine. - Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. This is a full-time position with a duty timing from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Food will be provided, and the work location is in person at the Miracle Software Canteen.,
