Responsibilities:

The job responsibility involves Pan India distribution setup by appointing the HNI profiles as Franchise Consultant under IFC program.

Responsible for On boarding them in the system and ensure they undergo proper 3 days Induction Training program.

Map them with the selected categories of Brands for selling the Franchisee to the Investors. Drive Activation of IFCs on daily basis by mentoring and handholding to generate the Revenue thru Engagement Activities.

Accountable for P&L of the Channel and generate through the exiting and newly appointed Consultants/Partners.

To acquire and appoint partners for Franchise Sales Train agents on products, process and Get the business done through them.

Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.

Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business Make individual agents grow & productive.

Support/guide the producer in all activities related Marketing ,leads , Brands mapping etc.

Qualifications:

Education: Master of Business Administration in marketing and Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

15-20 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the Franchising industry Strong understanding of the Franchising industry and its competitive landscape Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Strong in team management, negotiation and sales skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
