Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the overall

    channel sales strategy

    aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners across key markets to expand sales reach.
  • Plan and execute

    monthly/quarterly partner engagement activities

    ,incentive schemes, and loyalty programs.
  • Set

    targets,KPIs, and budgets

    for the channel sales team.

2. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, CPs, and real estate consultants.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and networking events to keep partners informed and motivated.
  • Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.

3. Business Development & Sales

  • Drive sales through the channel partner network to meet or exceed project-wise sales targets.
  • Support partners with project presentations, marketing collaterals, and site visit coordination.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

4. Coordination & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Channel Sales Managers and Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the

    Digital Marketing, Branding, and Direct Sales

    teams to align lead flow and communication.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Finance for timely closure of bookings and payments.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, partner productivity, and market trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the management for decision-making.
