Job Description

Role Summary:

The BOP Sales Business Head leads sales growth for affordable housing and low-income real estate projects. The role focuses on driving bookings, expanding outreach in emerging markets, and building strong community-level sales channels to boost project occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of residential/commercial properties.
  • Develop and execute real estate strategies to maximize revenue and portfolio value.
  • Lead leasing, sales, and tenant management activities.
  • Manage new development projects from planning to handover.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Build and manage relationships with tenants, brokers, investors, and authorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of real estate experience, with strong operational and leadership background.
  • Strong knowledge of property management, development, and leasing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial management skills.
