Job Title: Business Development Head Company: Dlyft India LLP Location: Rohtak (HO) + Pan India (Travel as Required) Salary: Up to 10 LPA Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 Years Industry: Bicycles, Fitness Equipment, Truss & Fabrication Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Head to lead our expansion plans, drive OEM sales, grow the brand presence, and build a high- performing sales and business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the companys growth trajectory and ensuring all key business objectives are met across locations. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals. Lead cross-functional teams to drive expansion and profitability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM partnerships. Sales Management: Oversee and drive B2B, OEM, and domestic/international sales. Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals. Establish SOPs for sales operations and ensure timely reporting & data management. Team Training & Development: Build and train a result-oriented sales and business team. Conduct regular workshops and one-on-one training for performance improvement. Brand Building: Collaborate with marketing for brand growth, product launches, and promotional planning. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all regions and sales channels. Market Research & Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and new market segments. Recommend product and pricing strategies based on research insights. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain dashboards for sales metrics, pipeline updates, and forecasting. Present business performance reports to top management regularly. Key Requirements: Proven track record (7+ years) in business development, OEM sales, or leadership roles. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities. Willingness to travel across India as required. Knowledge of manufacturing/automotive/gym/truss or cycle industry is a plus.


Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
