Head - Business Development :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Establishing a US/Canada /Gulf staffing firm focused on Non-IT/IT sectors like Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance Etc.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships in Non-IT industries in the US/Canada/Gulf etc
Strong existing client network,
Bring healthcare clients for hiring Doctors and Nurses
Strong existing client network

Key Requirements:

Proven track record 6+ years in business development in the recruitment/staffing industry
Fiercely independent candidate who can set-up the process
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Along with NON -IT , IT exposure is welcome
