Experience:

Role Summary

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role focused on expanding net-new business and building a robust pipeline in the Engineering Services domain across Middle East markets. The incumbent will serve as a Key Account Manager, driving Sales and Client Relationship Management, forging new partnerships, and capitalizing on emerging industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Conduct market research and lead generation across Middle East geographies
  • Evaluate country-specific business opportunities and identify local associates
  • Analyze competitive landscape and develop winning sales strategies

Proposal & Bid Management

  • Coordinate with Business Units, clients, and associates for proposal/EOI preparation
  • Lead consortium and partnership formation for bidding processes
  • Review proposals and ensure timely, high-quality submissions

Risk & Compliance

  • Assess country and project-level risks
  • Draft NDAs, cooperation agreements, and internal execution contracts

Sales Execution & Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines to meet revenue targets
  • Lead price and contract negotiations
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and institutional stakeholders
  • Advocate with lenders, ministries, and regulatory bodies

Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and best practices
  • Travel frequently for client meetings and regional engagements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 16 years of experience in Engineering Services business development and Key Account Management (age below 50)
  • Proven track record in international business development, especially in Middle East markets
