We are looking for candidates for Associate Consultant / Consultant Role - Recruitment, Non IT sector for our company at Mumbai location, Jogeshwari East. Candidate should have experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial / EPC sector with relevant experience of 3 years to 8 years in End to End recruitment - Non - IT sector : Job Responsibilities: Searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the clients Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, packaging for Mid positions Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions Develop candidate pipelines specific to recurring or upcoming needs, with an eye toward cutting edge skills and diversity. Actively and creatively evaluate, network, and ultimately hire the best talent; Extending job offers to selected candidates, working with hiring managers and HR leadership; Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring diligent follow up and regular check-ins.
