Head Baker

You will be responsible for heading the Bakery operations at a brand new project in South Bangalore. The project is a 100-120 seater, vegetarian, upscale casual dining establishment with an in-house bakery that focuses on Laminated Pastries, Enriched & Lean Breads, Cakes, Cookies, and Pies with a strong emphasis on innovation in flavors and techniques. Your key responsibilities will include: - Pre-opening & Set up of all Bakery SOP's, Food Trials, and Recipe Standardization - Developing new bakes & recipes with a creative outlook - Ensuring consistency in operations and maintaining the quality of output - Managing and controlling food costs - Supervising all Bakery production staff - Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth overall functioning - Creating reports, duty rosters, production schedules, handling inventory, and other related tasks We are looking for an individual who possesses: - Expertise in baking, some experience with pastries, and a keen interest in innovation - 2-3 years of experience in Bakery production with some exposure to a leadership role - A degree in Hotel Management, Baking & Pastry, or a related field - Hands-on experience in the preparation of laminated pastries and daily bread production - Passion and innovation to be part of a project that revolutionizes hospitality - An open-minded, team player with excellent communication skills If you are a passionate and innovative individual looking to contribute to the success of a project that is shaping the future of hospitality, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
