You will be responsible for heading the Bakery operations at a brand new project in South Bangalore. The project is a 100-120 seater, vegetarian, upscale casual dining establishment with an in-house bakery that focuses on Laminated Pastries, Enriched & Lean Breads, Cakes, Cookies, and Pies with a strong emphasis on innovation in flavors and techniques.
