Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi 1 / DCDP / CDP Bakery and Pastry at Beku Blr, located in Bengaluru. The role involves daily food preparation, baking, and cooking tasks with a focus on both efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include following hygiene protocols, assisting in menu creation, and ensuring that all baked goods and pastries meet our high standards. The candidate will collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Bakery, Pastry skills
• 1.5 years experience in Baking, Pastry
• Knowledge of Viennoiserie and Laminated Pastries
• Diploma / Bachelors in Culinary or Baking & Pastry Arts
• Strong Hygiene standards and practices
• Effective Communication skills
• Team Player: Ability to work with diverse individuals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
