Role : Head - Back Office Operations (Senior Manager) at Panvel - Navi Mumbai/

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage & Control day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the back office.
Monitoring, Control & Internal audit of back office staff work
Coordination for any back office related work
General Administration
Statutory Compliances
MIS reporting to Management
Staff Training
Some HR related activities
Basic Accounting work

Desired Candidate Profile:

15 - 20 years of experience in Back Office Operation or related field.
Leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Very Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for document preparation and record-keeping purposes
Good Communication skills
Leadership Qualities
Basic Accounting knowledge
