Job Summary:

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources team in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and the overall talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
    • Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Screening and Shortlisting:

    • Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  3. Coordination:

    • Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics.
  4. Interview Support:

    • Participate in interviews and assessments, gaining exposure to interview techniques and evaluation criteria.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and assist in maintaining positive candidate experience.
  5. Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Prepare and distribute offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  6. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
