Head After Sales Service Department

As the Head of After Sales Service Department at YBK Industries Private Limited (Syrex Batteries), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the after-sales service operations nationwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the technical service team and Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) across India. - Monitoring and ensuring effective after-sales service support for customers and dealers. - Analyzing and resolving technical problems efficiently with minimum downtime. - Providing technical guidance and training to service engineers and ASPs. - Developing and implementing service policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for enhanced efficiency. - Coordinating with the production and quality teams to address recurring issues and feedback. - Maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and service partners. - Preparing service reports, maintaining service data, and analyzing service performance. - Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective problem-solving. - Utilizing MS Office for reporting, data management, and presentations. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Technical Education or related field. - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in after-sales service/technical support, preferably in the battery, inverter, or power backup industry. - Strong technical knowledge of inverter batteries and lithium batteries. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within timelines.
