Job Description

Important: School Experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Management:

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and budgets aligned with school goals.
Provide vision and direction for facilities, maintenance, security, and transportation teams.
Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and resource allocation.

2.

Oversee maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping, and capital projects.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage energy consumption and sustainability initiatives.

3.

Prepare and manage operational budgets and financial records.
Supervise administrative staff.

4.

Fleet Management:
Ensure vehicle safety, maintenance, inspections, and compliance (licensing, insurance).
Driver Management:
Recruit, train, schedule, and monitor drivers and operators.
Route Optimization:
Plan efficient, safe routes and manage daily logistics.
Compliance:
Maintain records and adhere to transport laws and school policies.

5.

Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans (fire, lockdown, medical).
Ensure safe environments for students, staff, and visitors.
Manage security systems and protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven leadership experience in operations, administration, or logistics.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Knowledge of school environments and relevant regulations.
Relevant certifications (e.g., in transport management or health & safety) are a plus.
