Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage front office activities, including reception, phone calls, and visitor management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and facilities management for smooth operation of office equipment and services.
