Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Accounts Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Head Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts department, managing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, coordinating with auditors, managing taxation matters, and developing financial strategies to align with the company's goals. Daily tasks include supervising accounts staff, preparing financial reports, and providing financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in managing taxation and compliance with financial regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualification (CA/ CPA) is preferred
