Job Description

We are Hiring- HDFC Life Insurance- Banca Other Channel

Location: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Sawai Madhapur, Banswara, Barmer, Pilani, Hanumangarh, all across Rajasthan.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through various channels such as bancassurance sales, life insurance sales, banking sales, and field sales.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase agent productivity and improve overall performance.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for their financial planning requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Candidate must have knowledge Life Insurance.

Experience & Qualification:

Life Insurance experience mandatory upto 6 Months.
Graduation is mandatory.

Age limit: 21 to 39 Years.
