Location: Indore / Bhopal / Nagpur / Jabalpur (field-based, nearby travel included)

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Expenses

Experience: 1 –3 years in Field Sales / Institutional Sales

• Build strong relationships with Principals, Trustees, and IT Heads in schools and coaching institutes.

• Conduct product demos of Interactive Panels and Robotics Labs.

• Understand school needs (class strength, smartclass status, robotics readiness) and suggest the right solution.

• Generate and manage leads in the CRM.

• Achieve annual sales target of ₹1 Cr through a mix of panels and robotics.

• Ensure timely follow-up, order booking, and coordination with internal teams for delivery.

• 1– 3 years’ experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales.

• Candidates with prior exposure to school products, coaching solutions, smartclass, or STEM/Robotics kits preferred.

• Strong Hindi + workable English communication.

• Confident in giving presentations/demos.

• Comfortable with daily travel in a 60–100 km radius.
