Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Arcedior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting architects, interior designers, and clients, promoting our wide range of furniture and interior products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by meeting architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings.
• Generate and manage leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully.
• Collaborate with the internal sales, procurement, and operations team to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Maintain an updated database of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the furniture, interior, or building materials industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
