HCM Product - Sr. Expert

In this context, Sandoz is looking for a Workday Product Expert / Sr. Product Expert to join as a Founder of the new Sandoz. The role involves a focus on Workday configuration experience, particularly in supporting and developing Workday solutions with a deep understanding of the HCM area and business process design. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a backlog of items in their area of expertise and be familiar with Agile methodologies. Knowledge and experience across multiple modules will be advantageous for this position. Reporting to the Workday HCM Product Owner, the person in this role will be responsible for providing various Workday support activities, including troubleshooting and resolving BAU issues, as well as building and testing enhancements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with P&O stakeholders, managing implementation timelines, supporting development and testing of change requests, overseeing bi-annual Workday releases, reporting risks and priorities, and ensuring compliance with documentation and audit standards. The essential requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field, along with mandatory Workday certification in at least one core module. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in Workday business process design, reporting, dashboards, and exposure to implementations and integrations. Strong knowledge of data privacy, risk mitigation, and communication and collaboration skills are also essential attributes for this position.
