Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Hardware Executive for Mumbai location. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Printer installation, maintenance, and basic networking support
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues at client locations
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for hardware replacement/repair
Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks
Maintain service reports and update tickets
Provide on-site field support as per assignment
Follow company and client IT support processes

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
Experience in printer installation & troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches
Understanding of Windows OS installation & configuration
Ticketing tool knowledge (any)
Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
2+ years of experience in IT hardware / field support
Experience working with IT service companies is an advantage
