Job Description

As a PC Hardware & Network Engineer in Field Services, your role involves installing and troubleshooting various systems and hardware. Your key responsibilities include: - Installing and troubleshooting all Microsoft Windows systems - Installing and troubleshooting different types of PC hardware - Setting up and troubleshooting Internet connectivity on PCs and networks - Installing common PC application programs - Configuring wired and wireless routers - Troubleshooting E-mail functionalities, including Outlook - Understanding Internet connection technologies - Disinfecting virus infections - Installing and troubleshooting Windows servers - Troubleshooting Tally Accounting Software - Working on Windows Domain-based networks, including user account management - Setting up and troubleshooting network printers - Crimping, punching, and building LAN networks - Basic troubleshooting and configuration of entry-level firewalls - Managing antivirus software with centralized admin console - Communicating effectively with customers - Applying logical thinking for troubleshooting - Managing firewalls - Configuring Network Attached Storage (NAS) and RAID - Utilizing Ticketing Software - Having knowledge of O365, VM Ware, Cloud Computing, and cloud security Qualifications required: - HW and Networking Diploma from a reputed institute - 2 to 5 years of experience - Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in person in Mumbai.,
