As a Windows System Administrator - L1 based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities related to Windows systems. With a Graduation or Engineering degree in an IT background and 2-4 years of relevant experience, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the systems. Your main duties will include disk management such as creating partitions for different server types, managing disk space for OS partitions, handling system log files, and managing user accounts. Additionally, you will monitor incident and request services, manage fulfillment, and handle hardware-related tasks like inward/outward movement, rack-stacking, and power-on procedures. Your responsibilities will also involve call logging and troubleshooting with OEMs (Hardware/Software), agent and software installations/removals, OS hardening, infra provisioning, file copy/movement, backup/restoration management using provided tools, OS installation and troubleshooting, and compliance management. Moreover, you will be expected to integrate with the bank's tools, coordinate hardware firmware upgrades with vendors, provide day-to-day application support to end-users, escalate user queries to the bank's IT team, and manage Cloud Windows Server operations. JOB DESCRIPTION: Providing support to mitigate external Vulnerabilities reported by KPMG team. Coordinate with Server Owners to fix Application related vulnerabilities with the defined SLA. Providing support to raise a risk on insight360 portal for servers which have surpassed the SLA. Data Centre Operations - Installation, Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of physical servers like DELL PowerEdge , HP ProLiant , Cisco UCS servers . Coordination with OEM/Partners Technical Support Team to resolve problems. Support for Windows Defender , SOC SIEM , BigFix , Qualys , CIS CAT, SolarWinds team for installation, configuration, upgradation and troubleshooting of applications. Coordination with Backup team, Database and Network team to resolve problems. Incident and RITM Management - Work on Incidents, RITM raised for Server OS issue, backup failure, access management, performance alerts etc. Change Management Work on Change Requests for Commission of new servers, Decommission, Operating system upgradation, IP change Activity, virtual machine CPU/Memory/Disk upgradation and others. Installation of monthly windows security updates for the on-prem windows servers.
