Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients across Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Manage and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls. Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide on-site support at client locations across Mumbai as per requirements. Set up and configure LAN/WAN networks. Monitor and maintain network performance. Install and troubleshoot antivirus and security applications. Maintain documentation of service calls and issue resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in computer hardware and networking support. Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware components and troubleshooting. Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network infrastructure. Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and support. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Willingness to travel across Mumbai for on-site support.
