Job Title: Computer Hardware Engineer Location: Western Line, Mumbai (Mandatory) Job Type: Full-time / On-site / Field Job Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be located on the Western Line of Mumbai and should have hands-on experience with hardware and basic IT infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced laptop repairs, including part replacements (motherboard, screen, keyboard, hinges, etc.). Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware issues and provide maintenance services. Handle printer installation and configuration across various brands (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.). Install and set up CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems, including wiring and troubleshooting. Configure Microsoft Outlook for email setup, backups, PST management, and troubleshooting. Assist in firewall setup and configuration (basic to intermediate level). Support network setup, including routers, switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in computer hardware engineering and IT support. Strong knowledge of hardware components and tools. Familiarity with small business/home networking. Ability to travel to client sites within the Western Line. Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude. IT diploma/degree or relevant certification is a plus. Preferred Candidate: Based anywhere between Churchgate to Dahisar (Western Line) Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Description: Hardware and Network Engineer with CCTV Knowledge Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware and Network Engineer with specialized knowledge in CCTV systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, network systems, and a comprehensive CCTV surveillance network. This role requires a strong understanding of both hardware and networking principles, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both. Key Responsibilities: Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN). Install, configure, and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance, identify and resolve connectivity problems, and ensure network security and reliability. Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades. Document network configurations and procedures. Hardware and IT Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and other peripherals. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and servers. Provide technical support to end-users and assist with IT-related issues. CCTV Surveillance Systems: Design, install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Perform site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and system design. Integrate CCTV systems with the existing network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware and software, such as poor video quality, connectivity problems, or storage issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Hardware and Network Engineer, with hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP), and technologies. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls). In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with various CCTV camera types (e.g., dome, bullet, PTZ) and video management software. Familiarity with network cabling (e.g., Cat6, fiber optic) and wiring standards. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills. Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA A+ are a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills.
