As a BPO Executive in a USA process, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to troubleshooting, wireless routers, broadband connection, telecommunication issues, smart home devices, and GPS. Your primary role will involve providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will need to coordinate with the client on a daily basis and offer technical support via call, email, and chat applications. The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduation degree with all mark sheets and degree certificates. The job location is in Chandigarh & Mohali, and the salary offered is 20k in-hand. Immediate joiners with excellent communication skills in the English language are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
