Job Description Job Title: Hardware IT Sales Executive Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred) CTC Offered: INR 3.5 LPA – INR 5.5 LPA (Based on experience) Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance, Incentives on Target Achievements Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hardware IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C hardware sales, with experience selling IT hardware solutions including servers, networking solutions, storage systems, and related peripherals to mid-to-large enterprises. This role demands strong technical knowledge relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients for IT hardware sales. · Understand client needs and recommend tailored hardware solutions (servers, storage, networking gear, etc.). · Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. · Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in IT departments. · Collaborate with pre-sales, procurement, and delivery teams for solution design and fulfillment. · Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies and market trends. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. · Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. · Manage and update sales pipeline through CRM systems. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). · 2–4 years of experience in hardware IT sales (OEM/distributors/integrators). · Knowledge of key hardware brands like Dell, HP, Cisco, Lenovo, etc. · Proven ability to close complex B2B, B2C hardware deals. · Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. · Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. · Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working with system integrators or IT resellers. · Existing contacts with IT heads and procurement teams in enterprises. · Understanding of integration between hardware and enterprise solutions (e.g., servers + cloud or cyber security tools).
