Job Description

Job Title: Hardware Engineer – Fresher (IT Department)

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT department and support our growing technology needs. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking concepts and are eager to begin their career in IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide first-level support to employees.
Support the IT team in daily operations, including system upgrades and performance checks.
Ensure proper handling of IT assets and maintain documentation of hardware inventory.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques and contribute to ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting processes.
Familiarity with operating systems and networking fundamentals will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
