Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer who can take ownership of service operations and client servicing. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT devices) and the ability to manage fieldwork independently.

This role involves frequent client visits

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service IT hardware devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT equipment).
• Conduct field visits to client locations for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Report all the work and issues to service head and management.
• Handle client requests, service complaints, and AMC support.
• Maintain service records and provide timely updates to management.
• Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and servicing inventory.
• Handle escalations and provide quick technical resolutions.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in IT hardware servicing.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Laptop & desktop servicing expertise.
• Knowledge of printers, CCTV, biometrics, and IT peripherals.
• Chip-level servicing knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Field Work: Willingness to travel regularly for on-site servicing.
• Communication: Kannada, English, basic Hindi
• Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, client-handling skills, and ownership mindset.
