Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service IT hardware devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT equipment). Conduct field visits to client locations for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. Report all the work and issues to service head and management. Handle client requests, service complaints, and AMC support. Maintain service records and provide timely updates to management. Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and servicing inventory. Handle escalations and provide quick technical resolutions. Requirements Education: Diploma or Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2+ years in IT hardware servicing. Technical Knowledge: Laptop & desktop servicing expertise. Knowledge of printers, CCTV, biometrics, and IT peripherals. Chip-level servicing knowledge will be an added advantage. Field Work: Willingness to travel regularly for on-site servicing. Communication: Kannada, English, basic Hindi Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, client-handling skills, and ownership mindset.
