• Position: Accounts and Operations Executive
• Location: Jayanagar 3rd block, Bengaluru
• Salary: 20,000 per month (Flexible for highly skilled candidates)

Role Overview:-

• We are looking for an Accounts and Operations Executive who can effectively handle regular billing activities, customer calls from Google, other sources, while also managing backend such as IT stock handling.

• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Kananda, English and Hindi (optional) and should be proficient in computer applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email drafting, etc. ).

• Knowledge of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Support daily office operations, including basic inventory/stock tracking, creating invoices, quotations, and other billing documents such as Delivery challans, GRN's etc.
• Manage leads received through Google and other platforms by handling inbound and outbound calls from potential customers and providing accurate information about products and services.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate or Diploma (any stream).

• Experience:

  1-2 years in accounts/sales support/operations (preferred).

• Communication:

  Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi (optional).

• Computer Skills:

  Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email drafting. Familiarity with ERP software will be an advantage.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Awareness of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be a big plus.

• Other:

  Should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multitasking roles.
