The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT devices) and the ability to manage fieldwork independently. This role involves frequent client visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely service delivery. A good level of communication is essential – in Kannada, English, and basic Hindi – to coordinate effectively with clients and management. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service IT hardware devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT equipment).
