The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi (optional) and should be proficient in computer applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email drafting, etc. ). Knowledge of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers and provide accurate information about products and services. Manage leads received through Google and other platforms. Draft professional emails, quotations, and proposals for clients. Update and maintain data in ERP software. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through professional communication. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow. Requirements Education: Graduate or Diploma (any stream). Experience: 0 – 1 years in telecalling / sales support / operations (preferred). Communication: Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (optional). Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email drafting. Familiarity with ERP software will be an advantage. Industry Knowledge: Awareness of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be a big plus.
