Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilites :

• Install , configure and maintain desktops , laptops , servers , routers and switches.
• Diagnose and repair hardware related issues (HDD , RAM , motherboard , perifpherals)
• Provide on site and remote IT Support for client in Mumbai.
• Co-ordinate with the IT teams to ensure smooth delivery of hardware solutions.
• Maintian inventory and handle equipment replacements / upgrades.
• Ensure timely resolution of client hardware complaints.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer.
• Knowledge if laptops , desktops , server , networking devices.
• Familiarity with Windows OS installation , drivers and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem solving and customer handling skills.
• Graduate or relevant field.
