As a Client Service Head based in New Delhi, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and delivering marketing services that exceed expectations. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing client projects, maintaining strong communication with clients, collaborating with internal teams for service delivery, and ensuring processes align with the company's performance standards. Additionally, you may be involved in addressing financial aspects related to client accounts and service optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Foster and maintain long-term client relationships through strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service. - Effectively engage with clients and team members using excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive solutions and strategic client management. - Manage budgets, costs, and invoices efficiently with a basic understanding of Finance. - Utilize previous experience in digital marketing, leadership capabilities, and strategic planning to execute client-centric plans effectively. - Collaborate in a fast-paced environment on-site at the New Delhi office.
