Hair Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Trainer to join our Beauty Academy. The trainer will be responsible for teaching, guiding, and mentoring students in various aspects of hair care, hair styling, coloring, treatments, and advanced techniques. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to excel in the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Train students in hair cutting, styling, coloring, chemical treatments, and hair care. Develop and deliver theory as well as practical sessions as per the academy’s curriculum. Demonstrate techniques step-by-step to ensure student understanding and skill development. Monitor and assess student performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations. Stay updated with latest hair trends, techniques, tools, and products to enhance training quality. Maintain professional standards of hygiene, discipline, and safety in training sessions. Guide students on salon management, client consultation, and professional ethics. Support academy workshops, seminars, and events to promote skill development. Requirements: Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing/Hairstyling from a recognized institute. Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a hair trainer. Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students of different learning levels. Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. Preferred Qualities: Experience working in reputed salons or academies.
