We are seeking a skilled and certified Laser Hair Reduction Therapist with expertise in chemical peels and advanced skincare treatments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing safe and effective laser treatments, personalized skin consultations, and customized skin care procedures to address various concerns including pigmentation, acne, dullness, and aging. Key Responsibilities: Perform Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) using FDA-approved machines (e.g., Diode, Soprano ICE, ND:YAG). Evaluate client skin and hair types to determine appropriate settings and treatment protocols. Deliver additional skincare services such as deep cleansing facials, hydrating masks, acne care, and post-treatment skincare. Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols during all procedures. Document client history, session notes, and progress before and after treatments. Advise clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and recommended products. Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport, following up, and handling concerns professionally. Stay updated with latest aesthetic techniques and skincare innovations. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Laser Therapy / Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetology. Proven experience in laser hair removal and chemical peel treatments. Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and dermatological reactions. Excellent communication and consultation skills. Ability to upsell skincare products or package treatments ethically.
