Hair Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and passionate Trainer to deliver training in Hair Care, Treatments, Colouring, Cutting, and Styling techniques. The role involves conducting both theory and practical sessions as per the syllabus prescribed by Lakmé Academy, ensuring students are industry-ready with the latest skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in line with the defined course content and academic schedule.
• Enhance students’ competencies to meet industry standards and requirements.
• Provide guidance and resolve academic and practical queries of students.
• Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for external evaluations effectively.
• Drive course upgradation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
• Maintain high levels of student satisfaction through effective teaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Ensure students’ log books are duly filled and signed, and the portal is updated with attendance on a daily basis.
• Collect and document quality reviews/feedback from satisfied students to improve training standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+2 qualification with a recognized certification/course in Hair or Beauty & Wellness from a reputed academy.
• 1–2 years of relevant training or industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
