Guidewire Configuration Developer

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and GOSU development. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the P&C insurance domain, experience in PCF screen configuration, and proven capability to deliver high-quality Guidewire solutions across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter components and workflows.Design, develop, and maintain GOSU code following OOP standards and best practices.Configure PCF screens, UI layouts, roles, permissions, regions, and activity patterns.Resolve configuration and integration issues identified during testing and UAT.Manage code merges, environment activities, and Guidewire upgrades.Develop GUnit/JUnit test cases for business logic validation.Lead and mentor development teams; collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, sprint demos, and code reviews.
