• Min of 3 to 5 years of extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration application development/Application maintenance.
• Guidewire certification is must.
• Experience in upgrade is proffered.
• Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation project.
• Proficient in maintaining and supporting applications, enhancements, conducting testing, integration, and managing deployments.
• Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Rules / Data Model)
• In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, and Guidewire best practices.
• Regular Code reviews and provide guidance to the team on best practices.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Need to perform code reviews.
• Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Provide guidance to more junior team members and conduct code reviews as needed
• Ability to lead a team, providing solution to the complex requirements

  (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
• Training and mentoring of project resources.
• Regular status reporting to the Manager.
• Experience in writing Gunits
