Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Tirupati. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch guest and customer service, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing bookings, providing information about facilities and services, and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage guest interactions effectively
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is preferred
