Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate based in Bengaluru. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling reservations, and assisting with inquiries. Daily tasks include managing guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction, addressing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role demands maintaining the highest standards of service and effective communication with guests and team members.
