F&B Service Associates (Waiter/Waitress)

As an F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently
• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the service area at all times
• Manage guest feedback with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Follow all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and service protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in F&B service (hotels, restaurants, cafés)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and presentable personality
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
