Hawthorn Suits by Wyndham Dwarka Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Dwarka. The GSA will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests during their stay in Dwarka. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Opera Cloud knowledge Prefer able. Experience in the hospitality industry Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems Fluency in multiple languages is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
