Your duties and responsibilities include greeting and taking orders from guests promptly, being attentive to their needs, preparing and serving food and beverages according to established standards, monitoring guest behavior and alcohol consumption, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, following safety protocols, resolving guest complaints effectively, collaborating with other departments, and assisting with additional tasks as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, with at least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Service preferred.
