Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bardez for a Guest Service Associate specializing in Food & Beverage Service. The Guest Service Associate will ensure an exceptional experience for guests by delivering prompt and personalized food and beverage service. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing reservations, resolving guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The role requires collaboration with team members and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Services skills, including the ability to create a positive and memorable experience for guests
• Proficiency in Guest Service and Customer Service to handle diverse guest needs and concerns effectively
• Experience with Reservations systems and processes
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is beneficial
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
