Guest Service Associate - F&B Service

The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, taking and processing reservations, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role involves welcoming guests, understanding their needs, delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and professional dining environment. Collaboration with other team members is essential to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Services and the ability to provide excellent Guest Service
• Strong skills in Customer Service, including handling inquiries and resolving guest concerns.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues effectively
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork
• Previous experience in food & beverage industry is advantageous
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a diverse clientele
