Striving for high guest satisfaction levels and using guest names when appropriate are important aspects of your role. Additionally, having a good understanding of room types, resort facilities, restaurant operations, and local attractions is crucial for providing excellent service. In terms of specific responsibilities, you will be involved in preparing the outlet for service, which includes tasks such as cleaning restaurant equipment, receiving and storing goods, setting up service stations, preparing buffet displays, and assisting with table setup. Greeting guests, presenting menus, making food and beverage recommendations, taking orders accurately, and ensuring special dietary requests are noted are all part of your duties. Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction is essential. Maintaining a high standard of service throughout the dining experience, including delivering items, offering desserts and drinks, and replenishing utensils, is also important. Your role will also involve assisting with functions and services, maintaining hygienic standards, participating in briefings and training sessions, and staying informed about hotel activities and menu specials. Delivering food and beverage service according to departmental standards, communicating guest feedback and relevant information to superiors, and striving for excellence in audits are key components of your responsibilities. Finally, you are expected to carry out any reasonable tasks assigned by the Executive or Manager to contribute to the overall success of the operation.,
